Barrick Dance Centre is an Australian Teachers of Dancing Ltd (ATOD) accredited studio. With over 20 years teaching experience in the Redlands area, Leah Belford provides expert tuition in a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere. We cater for students from the age of 3 years through to Advanced levels and provide the highest quality tuition in:

Our training delivers the discipline and dance education to enhance confidence and self-esteem in all students who walk through our doors.

Students in the junior and senior programme are encouraged to take dance exams in all genres. This provides a framework for students and parents alike to chart their growth within each discipline and celebrate the milestones along the way.

The emphasis is on fun, technical achievement and positive outcomes. Students that participate in exams when they commence dance tuition do not see the process any differently to that of moving through the grades at school.

Our studio supports education and training among teenagers, adults and school students. Our studio mentors students through dance training programs offered by ATOD and provides opportunities for students to incorporate dance into their education.

Students that complete major grades in any dance genre while they are in Grade 11 and 12 at school may gain credit points that count towards their Queensland Certificate of Education.
